Are you tired of having blah images for your listings that no one pays any attention to? I am an experienced real estate photographer. My photos regularly get comments about how large the (small) house looked in the images. I have the ability to make small homes look larger, dark houses look brighter and beautiful homes look like they are cover ready. I will provide images formatted for the MLS (600px wide). I also provide larger versions of the images for use in printed flyers. And if you need images for your Virtual Tour I can make sure to do that as well. I have the artistic eye needed to capture the details that will set your listings apart. Fee for a typical 3-4 bedroom house is 200$. If the house is larger or outside of the Eastern Shore area then the fee may be slightly more.
Senior portraits, model portfolio, head shots, executive portraits, engagement photos. Portrait Sittings start at $50 dollars for a quick headshot for your website or business card. I charge by the hour ($75 per hour $50 min) though so if you need something a little more then we can do something like a facebook special for $225. This allows for a couple of outfit changes. We can do either studio shots or on-location (15+ miles = travel expense). I also include your choice of an 11x14 print or 2 - 8x10s. We also include 10 5x7s as part of this package price. This should be enough to spread the love to family and friends.
